The Paleo diet may be at the very bottom of the US News & World Report’s ‘Best Overall Diets List, but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have many followers.
As a matter of fact, the main supporters of the caveman diet include celebrated athletes and people who are obsessed with exercise.
So, is it worth the risk? According to recent reports, the answer is definitely no.
