Ingredients

  • 2 pomegranates
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans mandarin orange segment
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pinch ground cumin

Preparation:

  1. Take the pomegranates and separate them into individual seeds. Drain and chop mandarin orange segments coarsely. Chop the onion. Mince the jalapeno pepper and the pickled jalapeno pepper. Mince cilantro and juice the lime.
