Baked Kale Chips

You’d be surprised how tasty kale chips is. After eating one, you won’t be able to stop until the whole bowl is empty. They make a great snack for parties and a good conversation topic too.

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt (seasoned)


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a non-insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a knife or shears to carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry the kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  3. Bake the kale until its edges turn brown, which should take about 15 minutes.
