This simple recipe will teach you how to make your own guacamole salad, which can either be smooth or bulky and thick – it’s up to you!
- 3 avocados
- 1 lime
- 3 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 roma tomatoes
- ½ cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground pepper (not necessary)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- First things first – prepare the ingredients. Peel, pit and mash the avocados, juice the lime, and chop the cilantro.
- Put the mashed avocados in a medium bowl, then pour the lime juice and spray the salt on top. Mix in the onion, cilantro, garlic, and tomatoes, and stir in the pepper.
- For optimal flavor, leave it in the refrigerator for one hour, but you can also serve it immediately.
