- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 cups fresh vegetables (peppers, carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.)
- Mince the garlic and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the broth, vegetables and garlic in a saucepan on medium-high. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the saucepan and let cook for five more minutes. Wait until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Drain the vegies in a colander and serve.
