Quick And Easy Kale Chips Recipe

Kale chips are easy to make, delicious and super healthy! This is one of the simplest way to make kale chips, but you can make different varieties by adding  cheese, soy sauce or cayenne powder to the mix.


  • 6 cups of kale (stemmed and torn into pieces)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of sweet paprika


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (180ºC)
  2. Remove center stems and wash the kale. Make sure the kale is completely dry and then place it in a bowl
  3. Add olive oil, paprika and salt, and toss it all together with your hands
  4. Lay the pieces out flat in a single layer on parchment paper–lined baking sheet
  5. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until the leaves are dark green and crisp
  6. Once out of the oven let the chips cool down for a couple of minutes and eat immediately once cooled.
