Flourless Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

When it comes to healthy comfort food deserts, you can’t go wrong with oatmeal cookies. Once you try these flourless oatmeal and peanut butter cookies you will not be able to stop eating them. Instead of walnuts you can try adding raisins, chocolate chips, shredded coconut… variations are endless.


  • 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
  2. Puree bananas with a fork until smooth
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract then add the peanut butter, honey and bananas
  4. In a separate bowl combine flour, oats, baking soda and salt
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined
  6. Fold in the walnuts
  7. Spoon the cookie dough onto a cookie sheet
  8. Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown
