If you are tired of your old vegetable recipes, we’ve got something spectacular for you. This is a recipe that will bring new life to your veggies and ensure you never tire of eating healthy. This recipe will work well with any kind of vegetables and it is up to you to choose for yourself. If you wish, you can season it with lemon juice or even ginger.


  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 cups fresh vegetables (peppers, carrots, celery, broccoli, etc.)


  1. Mince the garlic and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the broth, vegetables and garlic in a saucepan on medium-high. Bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover the saucepan and let cook for five more minutes. Wait until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  3. Drain the vegies in a colander and serve.
