– 250g catfish
– 4 cups of broccoli
– 1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Put the catfish on a piece of foil and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.
  2. Arrange the broccoli around the catfish.
  3. Tightly seal everything in foil.
  4. Bake for 15 mins on 150°C.
  5. Open the foil and top with butter.
